Ingredients:vegetables oil, thick broad-bean sauce,chilli,chinese prickly ash, ginger,garlic, ,cook wine ,glutamate chicken stock,common salt,spicery,sugar ,potassium sorbate.(160g)

Fish-salting flavoring bag:starch,salt,pepper powder (20g)

Cooking method :

1.       clean and cut 0.8-1kg of fish into slices or lumps,mix well with salt and cooking wine(It is ready to use in about 30 minutes).

2.       pour about 0.8kg of water or bone soup into a pot,add a bag of this product and cook till boiling(This product does not need to be fried)

3.       Add the prepared fish slices or lump and cook aroud 1-3 minutes,sprinkle some chopped garlic chives on the surface of fish,then it is ready to serve.

Notice:The products can also be used to season fried dishes and noodle food.
