Dezhuang Fish spice condiment(Boiled Hot flavor),one of the series of seasonings produced by our company,carries on exquisite technique of Dezhuang hotpot,combines creative mind of Dezhuang people,and improves its color and taste on the traditional fish seasonings.The dish made with the product has bright color,delicious taste ,and can stimulate your appetite.It is spicy but not dry,and has long-lasting flavour.You will not feel boring and greasy after a long term of eating.It is really an ideal seasoning for families,hotels,restaurants as well as a good gift for your friends and relatives.

Ingredients:vegetables oil, thick broad-bean sauce,chilli,chinese prickly ash, ginger,garlic, ,cook wine ,glutamate chicken stock,common salt,spicery,sugar ,potassium sorbate.(160g)

Fish-salting flavoring bag:starch,salt,pepper powder (20g)

Peppery flavoring bag:chilli powder,seasame,chinese prickly ash powder(30g)

Cooking method :

1.clean and cut 0.8-1kg of fish into slices or lumps,mix well with bag(20g) of the fish-salting flavoring and cook wine(10g) or a little white spirit.It is ready to use in about 30 minutes.

2.put the prepared vegetables into boiled water and cook to be eighty percent done,then take them out and put into a container . pour about 0.7kg of water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices)and a bag(160g) of the base flavoring into the pot.

3.Cook till it boils,then add the prepared fish slices or lump and cook aroud 1-3 minutes,pour the mixture into the container with vegetables.

4.sprinkle the peppery flavoring on it.(change the amount of the flavoring according to your taste ).

5.Clean the pot,pour 150g of vegetable oil into the pot and heat till the oil is about 150, pour the oil onto the fish and serve

Notice:The products can also be used to season fried dishes and noodle food.
