Ingredients:beet tallow, chilli, ginger, garlic, chili bean sauce, air-dry fennel, Amomum cardamon, fructus amomi, aniseed, cinnamon, spice.

Usage:

1.Add about 1kg water or bone soup into a stockpot(more or less amount of water or soup according to personal taste);

2.Put one package of this hot pot seasoning into the stockpot and then get it boiled (one package of this seasoning is for six people one time, more or less seasoning can be used according to the number of people and personal taste.)

3.Add food into the stockpot to scald it cooked ,then the food is edible.
