Cooking methods:

1.Mix 0.75kg of fish slices well with salt and cooking wine .(It is ready to use in about half an hour).

2.Add a bag of this product into a pot with 0.8kg water or bone soup ,cook till boiling.(The product does not need to be fried).

3.Put the prepared fish slices into the pot and cook for about 1-3 minutes,place the cooked fish slices into a plate, sprinkle some chopped garlic chives on the surface of fish,then it is ready to serve..
