Ingredients:vegetable oil,mutton oil,red jujube,the fruit of Chinese wolfberry,sugar,spices,ginger,salt,potassium sorbate.

1.Pour 1.5-2kg of water( better use bone soup)into a pot,a and then add a bag o this products.

2.Add some shallot ,ginger and garlic,cook to boil mutton and other food.

Notice:The product can also be used to boil fish etc.
